Manufacturing Process

We use investment casting, sand casting, and shell mold casting processes to produce discs with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Heat treatment is available upon request to improve hardness or tensile properties. Every valve disc undergoes strict inspection by our independent quality control team.
