Incoming Materials: Metallurgical microscope analysis is conducted on randomly sampled incoming materials to ensure that the chemical composition meets production requirements.
In-Process Inspection: During production, QC personnel perform spot checks to ensure that products are free of defects. They also coordinate and handle any abnormal quality issues that arise during manufacturing.
Defect Detection: In the final stage of production, magnetic particle inspection is used on metal parts to detect hidden cracks or other defects.
Final Testing and Inspection: A proportion of finished metal parts is randomly sampled and sent to the laboratory for various mechanical property tests and dimensional measurements. In addition, surface quality is manually inspected at 100%.

Packing Methods
Small part, single packed then put into paper carton then to crate.
Generally use poly wooden crates for package.
•Minimum poly wooden board thickness: 20mm
•Steel band: 19× 0.5mm or 15× 0.5mm
•Common crate size is less than 1200X1000X1000mm
For the very big part, use welding steel crate. The size and steel thickness is according to the product dimension and weight.
Large size and large quantity part, put into container directly.
