Raw Material Inspection
We source only certified iron and stainless steel. Every batch undergoes spectrometer analysis to confirm chemical composition, ensuring the strength and corrosion resistance you expect.

Foundry Production
We choose the most suitable process for your product:
Sand casting for large, heavy-duty parts.
Investment casting for fine details and complex geometries.
Pouring temperature, mold conditions, and cooling rates are strictly controlled to avoid defects.

Heat Treatment & Machining
We offer custom heat treatment for hardness, wear resistance, and toughness.
Our CNC machining ensures tight tolerances, with each part inspected before moving forward.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We use ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant inspections to detect hidden flaws without damaging the casting.

Final Inspection & Documentation
Each casting is visually, dimensionally, and functionally checked before shipment. On request, we provide full documentation:
Chemical composition reports
Mechanical property test results
NDT inspection records(If needed by the customer)

Specific Tests
Depending on the application, other tests like pressure testing for pressure-containing parts or positive material identification (PMI) for verifying material composition may be required.
