Aluminum Casting
Custom aluminum casting is the process of creating aluminum products or parts in a foundry by pouring molten aluminum into a mold. The process begins by creating a mold, which can be made from a variety of materials such as sand, plaster, or 3D printed plastic. The mold is designed to the specific dimensions and shape of the desired final product.
Once the mold is ready, it is placed in a furnace and heated to a high temperature to ensure that the aluminum is fully molten. The molten aluminum is then poured into the mold and allowed to cool. Once it has cooled and solidified, the final product can be removed from the mold.
Production Range of Custom Aluminum Casting
Custom aluminum casting is used to produce a wide range of products, including automotive parts, aircraft parts, and industrial components. It is known for its strength, low weight, and ability to be cast into complex shapes.
